The location was perfect, overlooking the garden. the hotel met every demand, I would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly whenever I interacted with them. the location was wonderful, close to Wavre, Brussels, and Walibi Belgium. - the B&B is conveniently situated near a railway line.

The B&B has a nice location close to nature, in a relaxing area. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake, located within 15 minutes walk of the hotel. - All the staff is very nice and friendly, dedicated to making your stay enjoyable.

The kids absolutely loved the playground, which was equipped with swings, slides, and a trampoline. It provided hours of entertainment for them. Additionally, the indoor pool was a hit with everyone. We enjoyed splashing around and cooling off on hot summer days. Both the playground and pool were well-maintained and provided a safe environment for our children to play.

My wife says that having a designated playroom for kids would have been a great addition to the hotel.

my valentine's day stay at a cozy b&b in wavre was beyond amazing. the peaceful and unique nature setting instantly brought us tranquility. the rooms were comfortable, with functioning amenities. everything was clean and the breakfast in the farmhouse dining room was a delightful experience, with guests speaking different languages. highly recommend this place!

Despite the nearby railway line, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful stay. the rooms were pleasant and clean, with comfortable beds and well, equipped kitchenettes. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. the breakfast offered a good selection of local items and was served in a charming traditional farmhouse dining room.

The check, in and check, out times were inconvenient as they were late and early respectively, limiting the time we could enjoy the hotel.
